Terms and Conditions for Promotions at CIAL
- The promoter is Christchurch International Airport Limited (‘CIAL’), located at 30 Durey Road, Christchurch, New Zealand.
- The promotion opens on 16 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 30 June 2026 (‘Promotion Period’). To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form during the Promotion Period.
- Participants may submit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries, incomplete entries, or late entries will not be accepted.
- Employees and contractors of CIAL and their immediate family members, Christchurch Airport campus tenants and their affiliates, and those persons employed by or associated in any way with an airline are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- Two winners will be determined by a computer-generated random draw and will be notified by email or phone. A participant may win only one (1) prize in this promotion. If a selected winner has already won a prize in this promotion, that entry will be deemed invalid and a further draw will be conducted. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited. In those circumstances, CIAL reserves the right to offer the prize to another participant.
- Each winner will receive one (1) House of Travel voucher to the value of NZD $1,000. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and are subject to the terms and conditions of House of Travel. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information at the time of entry. CIAL is not liable for prize notification failures resulting from incorrect or outdated details.
- Personal data will be managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and CIAL’s Privacy Policy (and any updated version of it) found here. By entering this competition, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information for competition administration purposes, and confirm they have read, understood and agree to CIAL’s Privacy Policy. If participants opt-in, their information may also be used for marketing, including, without limitation, sending newsletters or publications and/or other marketing and promotional material to the participant about competitions or promotional events (whether or not undertaken by or about CIAL).
- CIAL, as promoter of the competition only, and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
- CIAL is not responsible for any technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, hardware failures, software errors, or any other technical disruptions that may prevent participation or affect the competition’s administration.
- CIAL reserves the right to disqualify any participant at any stage of the promotion for non-compliance with these terms and conditions, manipulation of the process, or any unlawful, dishonest, or disruptive behaviour, such disqualification at CIAL’s sole discretion.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
- CIAL reserves the right to vary or terminate this promotion without notice at any time.

Terms and Conditions for Promotions at CIAL
- The promoter is Christchurch International Airport Limited (‘CIAL’), located at 30 Durey Road, Christchurch, New Zealand.
- To enter, participants must be above 18 years old, and complete the Passenger Survey between 17 November 2025 and 28 February 2026. Only one entry per participant is permitted, and incomplete, duplicate, or late entries will not be accepted.
- Employees and contractors of CIAL and their immediate family members, Christchurch Airport campus tenants and their affiliates, and those persons employed by or associated in any way with an airline are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- There are two (2) prizes available. Each prize consists of one (1) House of Travel gift voucher valued at NZD $500. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The vouchers are subject to the standard terms and conditions of House of Travel, as determined by House of Travel. CIAL is not responsible for the redemption, use, or availability of the vouchers, or for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the use of the vouchers or the application of House of Travel’s terms and conditions.
